Well note to self I still have a intolerate to salt. Had some salty product today and within few hours my legs swelled up again. Not as bad as it used to be but i can feel the different in my legs they feel tight. So from now on I am putting my food on this chart as best as possible. Not so much to watch my calories but more for my sodium intact levels. I need to keep it around 1200 or lower. I think this will be better for my body:)
