Okkkkk 16.2 pounds to go! Actually that is to my lowest desired weight of 138. It will be great to get to 142 (my highest desired weight) which is 12.2 pounds. That is the weight I felt good at and I want to have the 4-5 pound cushion to help keep me in line :-) I've been at 138 before and it is good for me. I'm excited today since it is day 1 of the "Cruise" Phase 2 Dukan Diet plan and I get to add veggies :-) to my protein. So now I alternate days PV (protein + vegetables) then day of PP (pure protein) then PV then PP etc until I reach my goal Then I can begin adding other food groups (fruits, bread) :-)
