Since today is day 5 of the "Attack" Phase 1 on Dukan Diet, I'm reading and preparing to go on the "Cruise" Phase 2 tomorrow. This one will allow alternating days one day on PP (Pure Proteins) same as Attack phase and the next day PV (Pure proteins and veggies) Veggies from a list (basically just not starchy ones). This phase lasts until you loose all you want. This is the one that I stopped on last time I did the Dukan Plan, mostly because it was around the holidays and kids were here alot and....well, who wants to one a diet woe during the holidays anyway! After that I went on assorted short diets but really I think the Dukan Diet will work best for me. So off or rather ON we go :-) ONward and DOWNward :-)
