MY WEIGHT JUMPED AS I AM USING A DIFFERENT SCALE THAN THE ONE AT HOME( IT IS BROKEN ) SO BECAUSE I RECORDED ON MONDAY AND TUES WITH NEW SCALE I ENTERED THESE DATES EVEN THOUGH THE WEIGHT IS HIGHER....
IF LOOKS COULD KILL THE NEW SCALE WOULD BE DEAD!!!
MENTALLY THIS HURTS...

Yeah, that isn't very nice. Of course, you could jump on the new scale naked, before eating or drinking anything, like you do with the old scale, but hard to do that at work...lol.
If you weigh consistently on the same scale at the same time of day (after waking up and peeing, before eating or drinking anything) there should be less fluctuation.
It will all be good. It is, of course, more fun when the scale drops 6# out of the blue...just more uncommon. ;)
