so...been horrible about tracking cals but not really worried about it because im not planning on tracking them for the rest of my life and ive got a pretty good handle on what im eating...i housesat for my mom and ate out a LOT over the weekend but picked good options and am still seeing progress! i didnt work out much last week either but still lost more than previous weeks...my body is making the change it needs to thanks to me making the changes i needed to!
