Okay well after looking at Keto and low carb and my other diets, I"ve decided to go back to the Dukan Diet plan, which is a low carb but also low fat in that you don't eat butter or high fat meats but you can still have beef. It seems I did well on that plan, I just didn't stay on it long enough to get through the phases. This time I am going to do it! First phase is the "Attack" Phase 1 for 5 days (different length for how much you want to loose). This one is strictly low carb, meats, fish, eggs, non fat yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese stuff like that. Then in Phase 2 called "Cruise" you add vegies and stay on it until you reach your goal. Then move to Phase 3 "Consolidation, then Phase 4 "Stabilization". So here we go. Day 1.
