Intermittent fasters! What rate of weight loss are you guys seeing? And are you also calorie counting? I wanna see something. Thanks

My loss is up down and all over the place and totally unpredictable. But.. I try stick to plan daily. I am 175cm, eat around 1700 cals, IMF daily, usually have first meal between 11 and 12 and last meal between 5 and 6. 2 meals a day with calorie counting and keto plan (due to autoimmune)

Do weights x3 per week in my garage at home and streching/light core x2 a week just for some movement as my daily grind is pretty sedentary and computer based

So many different ways to reach your goals and this community is fantastic for feedback. Everyone has a plan that works for them personally and it takes a bit of trial and error to see what works for you specifically

I did IF and Keto and lost 12KG between Mar 20 and July 20. But i think for me the Keto is the biggest contributor to my weight loss.

And no i dont count calories i track Carb intake

@MailulaAbby.. What g total carbs do you work with per day? I recently decreased to 20g but often end way under that

I do 20g or less. Gets to 20g on days i decide to eat fruit.

I tried counting calories but it was really difficult without a scale. I do overindulge now and again. But when i do get serious all i watch is carbs and water intake
