I've been off my 'game' in more ways than one. But what else can you do except get back up and try again right? This time I'm going to go on Keto. I've been on low carb before but a friend said it is not the same as full Keto, so lets give this one a go ok? Does anyone have any good beginner tips? Also any favorite groups on here that are active and good? Hope this one turns things around for me and gets me back in the groove for longer than my other up/down & all around plans! I'm not going to weigh myself for a few days since I"m sure it will depress me!
