Really tough low energy day yesterday. But 300g loss. Am battling to keep my step count up because of the low energy. Any advice?
80,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 8,6 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

1325 kkal Lemak: 46,93g | Prot: 62,08g | Karb: 120,68g.   Makan Pagi: Rhodes Strawberry Jam, Toasted White Bread , Enterprise Smoked Viennas, Hard-Boiled Egg , Jungle Oats, Pick n Pay Full Cream Fresh Milk. Makan Siang: Bokomo Muesli Rusks, Stir Fried Vegetables, Rump Steak, Spaghetti. Makan Malam: Mixed Salad Greens, Nola Mayonnaise, Minced Beef (75% Lean / 25% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Pan-Grilled) , Hamburger or Hotdog Rolls . Camilan/Lainnya: Pears , Gin, Coffee with Milk. lagi...

Are you still eating only 1300cal a day? If so then your body is low on energy because you are not eating enough. Caloric intake that low is mainly for the super morbidly obese.

Yes, still 1,300 kcals a day. But that is only 200 less than the RDI calculator recommends for me.

Drinking black coffee helps me with the low energy issue... but remember to drink one glass of water for every cup of cofee you drink...
