My scale needed new batteries...that 150 on the 21 was wrong. I thought so. I been eating wrong for me. I also tried to workout from home, instead of the gym. That was hard. I worked out probably about two to three times a week. I feel it n my tummy and butt. I started back @ the gym today. I feel great! I know the 10 I gained will drop quickly. Then the last 10 might take a while. But the excellent thing is. This time I only need to lose 20 pounds instead of 70. So back to the gym five days a week.
72,6 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 29,9 kg.    Sisa: 15,9 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

Memperoleh 3,2 kg dalam 1 minggu

Thanks for the encouragement! It means a lot. Yes, I believe I will continue to get it right when I fall off. It's been a very long while since I been on. And look what happened. I been good. How r u? Congats! On making ur goal!
