Weight the exact same. Held off from weighing all week in the hopes of going down even a little bit...no such luck...
Not sure what I should change, or should I change anything at all???? Still exercising. Still staying within calories (I think I had one day over but not by alot).
On a good note-I didn't gain. I fit into all my clothes easily. My waist is finally smaller, I'm not muffin-topping.
