Took another spinning class this morning at the whopping hour of 6am :) Again I was a tad nervous as it was a different instructor, and there were only 3 of us in the class. But it was a great workout, and I think this one was harder than the one on Sat! Tons of down 2 counts/up 2 counts, which is super challenging! We were done at 6:45, so by the time I showered and got ready I was on my way to work before 7:30. I'm thinking that i can get to the gym at a scheduled time of 6am when I come, which will give me time for the circuit training (45mins) plus 30-40 mins of cardio if that's included.
I just feel sooo good! It's hard to believe that only 2 weeks of being back in track can get me so much more focused. I LOVE IT!
