I didn't workout yesterday Mon March 24,2014 but I did keep under 1500 calories YEA 4 ME :-) But I did get up & go this morning which I'M HAPPY about did 50mins of cardio Have a roommate meetin after work SO I'm hopin to do 30mins of cardio after that
