Every "expert"seems to have a different idea of what/how/when one should be eating on a HFLC diet. It's frustrating... some want you to do "carb feasts" every week, some very low protein...and some are just trying to get very overweight people to hone down and change their ways, but not compensating for people who are already fit, just trying to switch over to a more fat burning diet. Some say don't exercise - especially the first 21 days - then there is a whole gambit of what exercises are best. It's rather mind boggling.

Since I haven't exactly been dropping any weight the last 2.5 weeks, I am going to try to lower my protein intake to around 55g-60g/day. I have finally gotten my carbs down to under 25g - mostly trying to stay under 20. Which means I'm going to have to ramp up my fat intake even more. I think I'm basically starting over... we'll see what happens.

Yes, it's crazy how information is constantly changing. I just read about a study that showed low carb diets increase cravings for sugar and carbs, lol! It's supposed to curb the cravings. I just do everything in moderation.
