Well the birthday cake bit me in the ass not to mention the red twizzlers didn't exactly help either.

I woke up this morning with a migraine that just isn't backing off at all so this means the desire to eat isn't happening. We all know that if you don't eat right you will put your body into starvation mode and it will store everything as fat and I don't want that to happen!!! I have enough already that I am trying to get rid of lol.

As I sit and type this I look at my little buddy Bentley and I am noticing that he is starting to look round for a doxie and that isn't good for his back so I guess both of us need more exercise, Its easier for him as he will chase a laser point for hours where as I can't do regular exercises so what to do what to do?

Abbytown, can you do upper body exercises with your arms? What about gentle leg movements in a swimming pool? Hope your migraine is gone!
