I would post a picture but it's still dark here. First day of spring? SNOW. At least a couple inches I'd guess. LOL

Sorry I haven't journaled since Monday. I actually thought I did but couldn't find it. It must have been a dream. Tonight I facilitate a presentation for childcare workers titled Accessing Developmental Services Birth to Three. I can talk about this topic in my sleep. The trick is to make it interesting for 2 hours?! I have a game of developmental jeopardy and door prizes for those who stay till the bitter end. I hope I don't bore them to tears! It's going to be a long day today.

Then tomorrow night is my distributors meeting. Wishing wasn't tomorrow night but I don't want to miss it! We are going to do facials and bake vitamins! Yes you read that right, bake vitamins. It's a way you can see the quality of your vitamins. Should be entertaining.

As far as food goes I'm doing well. I have not weighed yet this week, probably tomorrow or Saturday. I have also been on my elliptical although I haven't been logging it here. Just not enough time.

Finishing my coffee and then exercise. Guess I need to wear my muck boots today. I think I might encounter snow, slush, and mud today. Spring! Still, life is good! My little side business is growing, my husband is still upright and kicking, the house is still standing, the vehicles are working, the road hasn't swallowed me up yet and I too am upright with all my limbs in operational order! What more could a girl ask for? LOL

Hoping y'all are doing well too! I did read a couple journals last night ... I think about you all the time! Take care!

You sound happy! Baking vitamins?? Not sure if I would trust the results from someone's kitchen. I try to take vitamins that are approved by Consumer Labs where they actually do the scientific testing. LOL. Good luck with your presentation and I'm sure you will be a hit!

We aren't making vitamins by baking them. We are baking them to see what crap come out of them at high heat. Sewer tanks are filled with I digested vitamins. Many vitamins are made with icky toxic fillers that are t good for our bodies and our bodies don't absorb the vitamins. LOL! I can see where that might be misunderstood. Sounds like I'm off my rocker!

You have much to be grateful for and I know you are. I'm still wearing boots too - so heartily sick of boots, snow, cold - give me something GREEN to look at - grass, trees, bushes. Sigh.

not "I digested" vitamins but rather "undigested" vitamins ... good grief @ Isabel ... I KNOW!!! RIGHT!?!?!?!? Don't the weather gods know our feet need to breathe???
