My bowl and fork are dirty cause this is my second helping! Both bowls are 600 calories 56g carbs 70g protein and 45g of fat. I might have over estimated my oil use. Have any of you tried shirataki noodles? Are you a fan? They’re really low calorie.

@bondgurl oh no! It’s actually a hard thing to put into a sentence, so I don’t fault you there. It took me about a year to learn how to cook a simple low calorie lunch. At the most I’ve made 7-800 calories. And that’s still too much for most days.

I use the miracle noodles (and skinny pasta brand) and they are good when used in something like a stir fry or as a base for pasta sauce. Not much on their own.
