I believe I lost 6 pounds on Atkins in about 10 days. Unfortunately, I couldn't handle my heart fluttering, kept thinking I was going to die. I ate an abundance of carbs this weekend and felt great, then Sunday & Monday went back to Atkins. Yesterday, Tuesday, I seriously thought I was going to die at the copy machine, so I went home and chowed down on the worst carbs possible (chips, candy), and felt better almost immediately. The thing I loved about Atkins is the structure. I'm going to do my best to keep under 100 carbs per day, but without that strict structure, I'm afraid every day I will screw it up at dinner time. I'm already thinking about those sweet potato chips in the pantry.
