Here's the low down...I'm on a pretty strict one...less than 900 cals per day..low fat and carbohydrate.. highish protein...not much in the way of additional exercise but walk about 7000 steps per day..I find its easier not to eat it than try and burn it off later..all my nutrients etc are in the green...hope this helps someone.

Riceman I am in a similar one and i find it easy as well. I never go over 1000 cals a day and that is natural now. I eat very well tho 😊
You can get so much out of 900 calories, lots of protein as well.
