I'm sabotaging myself and I don't know why. I am saturated with an insatiable urge to binge on high calorie foods out of nowhere.

fight the urge, but be kind to yourself. Allow yourself one day a week to enjoy a food that comforts you. My days are Friday nights, so I try to eat low calories and low carbs during the day. I also go to the gym for an hour after work.
