ok day 2 yesterday wasn't to bad I didn't use all my calories so I am thinking that might be part of the problem as you have to eat to lose weight. It has to be the right foods though so my veggies needs to come up, my fruit is ok, protein well I need help in that area and trying to stay away from pasta and stuff. So all in all not too bad but could be better.
