Last night was our initial "test day" for my new TEAM fitness class. considering I have a double ear infection and quite the stuffy head, I did my best anyways!

I am happy enough with my base start and I can't wait to see an improvement!

1st test = 1 1/2 miles on treadmill. my Time = 19:02

2nd test = push up to the point of failure (real push ups not modified/girl push ups) I did 19.

3rd test = crunches 2 min timed...I managed to get in 80 crunches

Tonight will be taking all of our measurements...not looking forward to this, but at least it will be a base point for me to hopefully see good progress and smaller numbers at the end of the the 16 weeks!
