Goodmorning my friends,
Today started with a blast!!!! I weighed in at 89 kilo! Not an all time low yet, but surely as low as it has been in a year!
Oh, i can sure see things changing, getting a little nervous about it, because 2 more kilos and the second half of the journey is finally "on".
yesterday i was proud of myself. I promised my son we would eat fries, and so we did, i weighed 80 grams of fries for myself (the allowed kcal in carb i have in a day) and i stuck to that! No craving, no self pitty, it was really amazing! In the evening my hubbie came home real tired at started binging, and i just sat there and had no desire at all to join him. So i convinced him to turn in early with me, hopefully helped him stop the munchies. I don't know, i like to think so, but my hubbie doesn't binge like me so maybe he would have stopped anyway...
Today: - cuddle with horsy - armsday (at the gym) - favorite program on tv. (only thing i watch on that wretched thing) - work and volunteerswork - fresh food
