Family came in town last week and was forced to work 12 hour shifts. Couldn't work out. SXSW happened and I got shit faced drunk and ate a lot of things I regret. I ran hard on the treatmill and hurt my hip really bad. I know anything I eat at this point will cause me to gain. Have to work hard from now on.
