I feel like I've stalled. I walk a minimum of 10k steps a day and workout, ive stopped snacking on junk, mostly dried fruit or nuts, I feel like I eat in deficit but I'm still not dropping the weight like I feel like I should be and it's EXTREMELY frustrating.

I feel your frustration! Dried fruit packs a punch with concentrated sugars. Maybe try the nuts in combo with a fresh fruit? No expert here, just a suggestion.
