Here we go, back on track, how many times have I said that in the last four months, but somehow the weight keeps going down. I've got a new target in my head 167.5. That would take me under 12st, that really would be the first time in over two decades that I'd be under twelve stone. Its quite unbelieveable that I've come this far.

I'm going back to UK in three weeks so I'm again targeting that date I know I won't get to 167.5 by then but 170 would be good. As long as I stick to going to the gym it should all be ok.

The week off has seriously damaged my fitness level, its bizarre how quickly you lose your stamina, were I could run for 40 minutes no problem three weeks ago, I'm struggling to do 30 mins at the minute, but its building back up over the last three days so happy days onwards and upwards.
