Wow I could eat a horse today! I have gone over my 1600 goal and standing at 1890 ... could eat more! Drunk loads of water don’t know what’s wrong with me. Perhaps to bed before I do anymore damage!

Well yea this is true I have been under calories on some days so rolling with it. Definitely going to bed before I go on autopilot to the snack drawer !!

I have my daily goal at 1300 but I am usually around 1000. I have 5 meals a day. It might be the food you are having it is not nutritious enough to keep you full.

Prcav thanks I’m sure this is probably the case! I’m usually okay but yesterday I was particularly hungry! ☺️
