Am taking it serious this time. Have joined the walking boot camp challenge here. My grocery list includes a lot of WW food as it is so easy to just do it and not worry about how many points your using. I am tracking like crazy and have stopped drinking coffee. After having had the flu for the past couple of weeks, I thought that I would be gaining, but thanks to healthy choices, I seem to be steady. Thursday is weigh in day for WW, so I'm hoping the news will be good... Hope everyone else has a good week!
