When I started this almost a month ago I thought that this is going to be another app, another diet that will not work.. I don't know my current weight (need to buy a new scale), but I lost a lot of centimeters.
When I started my measurements were:
Breasts 99 cm, now 96 cm
Waist 83 cm, now 76 cm
Belly 99 cm, now 94 cm
Hips 118 cm, now 113 cm
And my thighs R 72/ L 69.5 cm, now R 67/ L 66 cm. I workout everyday for at least 30 minutes cardio with some weights and I'm feeling great! So if you're struggling don't worry, you can do it! Good luck everyone!
71 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 4 kg.    Sisa: 1 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

I like tracking my measurements too.

I heard that's what you're supposed to do, because if you workout you may be burning fat but also building muscle and muscle is heavier that fat, so you loose fat and tone your body but the scale maybe is not moving as fast as you want.
