When I started this almost a month ago I thought that this is going to be another app, another diet that will not work.. I don't know my current weight (need to buy a new scale), but I lost a lot of centimeters. When I started my measurements were: Breasts 99 cm, now 96 cm Waist 83 cm, now 76 cm Belly 99 cm, now 94 cm Hips 118 cm, now 113 cm And my thighs R 72/ L 69.5 cm, now R 67/ L 66 cm. I workout everyday for at least 30 minutes cardio with some weights and I'm feeling great! So if you're struggling don't worry, you can do it! Good luck everyone!
