Okay, Last night I made up my mind again. I really would like to lose at leat 20lbs by May 1st. I have to get started so today is the day. I noticed that recently my hands and feet have been swelling up. And then I remembered, Oh, yeah that's right, I'm drinking soda again. I have to cut this out.
