I have a confession to make that I have been off the track lately don't feel motivated enough to be on the right track and as a result gained few pounds back:(
Really want to go back on right track again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A LITTLE HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

You are gonna have to suck it up and just do it! Find a way to motivate yourself again. Make an inspiration board on Pinterest or get a cork board from Walmart and put recipes, quotes, etc on it. put the scale in front of the fridge. Try some new recipes, a new exercise class or get a new workout outfit. Get some fitness magazine and read them. Try a new diet plan. Something that will help get you excited. I wish there was a magic pill. If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. Now get to it!

thank u so much Suzi161....your respond as usual means a lot, you are right I need to add something new to my boring routine which could make weight loss exciting thing to do....thanks for all of your nice ideas:)
