You are gonna have to suck it up and just do it! Find a way to motivate yourself again. Make an inspiration board on Pinterest or get a cork board from Walmart and put recipes, quotes, etc on it. put the scale in front of the fridge. Try some new recipes, a new exercise class or get a new workout outfit. Get some fitness magazine and read them. Try a new diet plan. Something that will help get you excited. I wish there was a magic pill. If you can't find your motivation, use your determination. Now get to it!
