Forgot to journal yesterday, but I didn't do much physical exercise. Today I walked a bit and did my sit ups. Dinner was tuna masala, an Indian dish I make at home, but had no idea how to score the calories. Tuna with tomatoes and spices and urad dal. Very nutritious and high protein. I did have rice tonight but I have been cutting back on the carbs which is good. Tomorrow I go to a workout place where I bought a voucher for an exercise course and see what I can do for this creaky old body.
