I've been lazy and sticking around the house today doing homework, and house work. It has not been as hard as I thought to be good and eat right today. Will try to go to apt gym later and walk some on treadmill if my ankle cooperates. I wore heels last night. Big mistake still recooperating from a sprained ankle. I think when they say you need more balance in your life it really means stay off heels to you are not making a balancing act.

Forgot to mention, I tried the Nutrisystem (NS) frozen food today. So far I have had the spinach pasta and ice cream sandwich for dessert. Delish after a week of dry packaged and canned items, the frozen is a welcome change. So far there has not been anything I have tried that I haven't liked. The food is different, but not unpleasant. I can't cook very well, and when I do cook there is no way I can figure out calories so the ability to count calories is the biggest NS plus for me. Still don't like their web site to much since and way prefer fat secret. It is more user friendly.
