You can have anything, but in small quantity. I know from firsthand experience that it's difficult to stop after a single serving of something that you love to eat (...or drink), but you shouldn't deny yourself either. You know best and you'll find your way.

Self deprivation never did it for me. But now I understand I can still eat whatever I like just very sporadically and not on a daily basis that’s all. The minute I say to myself no carbs no sugar or any of that I just go completely berserk. So the only thing that has worked for me is pure moderation. I wish you luck, I’m with you it’s not easy, but the rewards are immense. Instead of you gaining weight, you will gain a healthier body, healthy mind, ward off any unwanted disease processes. And definitely your self-esteem will skyrocket through the roof knowing that you’re doing something good for your body and for yourself. I hope I don’t sound too judgmental or preaching. I do truly think that this might help. If you don’t think so disregard everything I just said. I hope you have a wonderful day❤️❤️😘😘
