had to get photos taken for my job, and it hit me like a semi truck. i didnt realize how big i looked. not happy about it. soooo im hoping that i see results soon. im going to look into a support group for people who have suffered from eating disorders. hopefully i can find a free something somewhere. this inner battle is getting to me.
