As always my mornings are great...the smoothie still gives me a lot of energy. Unfortunately at lunch time, I was tempted by a bagel and the bagel won. I know I can have one bagel or cookie, etc but I'm so afraid of not being able to stop at one and binge on carbs. This way of life is very difficult. I need to keep reminding myself that all this is for my health.
