2287 calories or pure crap I had in snacks last week, and I was being good, does anyone else have this problem?, I just can't help myself, I see it, I say no, and before I know it I have hovered it it and tell myself it's only a packet of biscuits or crips etc, it's like someone else inside me has different plans for my weight,

have different flavours of sugar free jelly chilling in your fridge - good for snacking. make sugar free marshmallows. low cal cup-a-soups. if you know you'll snack - dont let the snacking sabotage you.... just ideas 😆 Best of luck!

Honestly the only way I stop myself from eating like that is not to have it in the house. And just get some fruits. I love watermelon and you can eat loads of it. As a salty snack i get the sweet chilly rice crackers😅

Thanks for the advice, my problem happens more outside the house, I go to get petrol in the garage and see crips, chocolate, etc, can't help myself, although I was in the garage twice today and didn't pick up any crap, 2287 calories of crap was in the back of my mind, I am going to do it day by day, see how many days I can go, apart from the bit of crap I eat quite good, but I am convinced my scales is broke 🤣🤣,

I always make allowances for snacks so I find something I like know the calorific value and I can have that as a treat. I made granola bars with chocolate chips I packed them full of seeds so at least don’t feel as guilty 😆

Roz, great idea, I wouldn't even know where to start making stuff like that, I am the worst cook / making food ever, I am so bad, it is really bad, my kids love when my wife is not home in the evening and I say what would you like to eat, one say chipper, 2nd say pizza, 3rd says Chinese, and 4th says what ever they are having, and I don't even have to call the take away, the kids do it for me, 😂😂😂, that's bad, I really rely on my wife, she is the best cook ever, and won't let me have crap, my problem is when I am not at home, all in all I am not carrying a lot of weight, but at the same time am trying to lose a few lbs, I have put apples and a banana in with my lunch for work tomorrow so hopefully I get though a second day with no crap, I am going to make it through this week without buying any crap, I am determined,
