I just started a new adventure with my Wii!! I am so pumped about getting in shape with my Wii fit plus and my Just Dance Game! Wii Sports is realllly fun too!

Wii is a great way to start out to get in shape again. I find that Wii fit made me laugh...especially the OHHHHHH when I stepped on the balance board for the first time. But to see that I was performing under my fitness age was a motivator as well. I am currently using Just Dance 2 and find that the excersise challanges are a great motivator. I have already hit my weekly challange level..because it is fun! PS and you get to learn some new moves....LOL.

I love my Wii also I can do the jog and keep watching the junk I want on tv lol
