Coffee time. I stopped drinking coffee for several months to help repair and restore my gut health. And I am reintroducing it back to see if it causes issues. Also, I got engaged this weekend. 💎 He proposed while we were out searching for beach glass. 🥰

Congratulations! What a sweet story. Hope you keep some beach glass as a memento. I concur on the coffee. I had to pause until my gut fixed too. I can drink it again but prefer not on an empty stomach, though I don't use creamer-that might help.

My family and I moved to the beach about 10 months ago. We have been collecting a lot of beach glass lately, we have a large collection going. With some rare and beautiful colored glass. Pink, yellows, blues, mints, reds. 😍💝
