Wednesday :) Went on my second group ride today! Packed a lunch so I wouldn't be eating junk when we stopped to eat. It was warmer today 43F had a great time. I can't wait for the next ride :)
Exercise: City Biking 4 hours 13 miles 7.7 mi/h. Rode the metro to Eastern Market then rode the bike through D.C. stopping at the Capital and passing the White House to Foggy Bottom. Vitamins: No Rosacea: 1 = mild flare - No new spots, more healing, no trigger foods eaten. Used Prosacea and moisturizer.
