okkkkk onto day 3 of the 4 day plan. I'm feeling great and so happy to see the drop on "IT" box (scale) this morning even before a BM, (I know too much info) I didn't weight after 'that' since I had my breakfast and it probably would show a slight increase which would freak me out, but will keep with the plan and weigh tomorrow morning before work! YEA, I have a temp job FT for 2 weeks, I'm excited but nervous since I've never been to this place before so I'm not sure what to expect. I just want to do the best job I can. This will be my 3rd temp job with this agency and I really like them (the agency) and this type of work. I wasn't sure I would at first since I've been at the same place fulltime, stressful job for over 30+ years until it got restructured and kind of eliminated. BUT I think this agency and temp work is good for me, just wish there were more jobs available but thankful for what I have.
Fortunately, my friend (yesterday) didn't call & want to go out for that glass or more of wine and I kept the craving demons at bay. I really was ready to go out to the store and fill up on 'no-nos' and would be in total regret last night & today. BUT I didn't and WOW I really need to remember how I feel RIGHT NOW and when the CDs (craving demons) pop up again I can slap them down with, "HEY, I don't need you right now and I know it (food/drink) might taste good for a moment BUT I NEED to remember how I feel later & I'd rather feel GOOD than not good, so GET AWAY YOU CDs!"
