Found the Low Karb Keto Nut Granola. Gonna use it w/ some Greek yogurt to hit my calorie mark on the days where I’m far from hitting it. How my body reacts best to weight loss is by eating more and calorie counting helps me do that.

1251 kkal Lemak: 86,14g | Prot: 83,48g | Karb: 42,69g.   Makan Pagi: Publix Red Bell Pepper, Trappey's Red Devil Hot Sauce, Kale , Arugula Lettuce, Spinach , Parmesan Cheese (Shredded) , Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Egg. Makan Siang: Cherry Tomatoes, Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water (Can), Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kirkland Signature Bacon Crumbles, Earthbound Farm Organic Half Spring Mix & Half Baby Spinach. Makan Malam: Hazelnuts Filberts, Lettuce, Black Olives, Kale , Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salmon. Camilan/Lainnya: Low Karb Keto Nut Granola, Kirkland Signature Organic Honey, Kirkland Signature Organic Greek Yogurt, Sprouts Roasted Salted Pumpkin Seeds. lagi...
