Feeling better about things today. I took a kickboxing class this morning and it never ceases to amaze me how much exercise makes me feel better in general and renews my hope for weightloss once again... Or is the all the all the skinny chicks in the class. Either way, things are looking up today.

I love kickboxing! You just get this adrenaline rush of energy... It really feels like you are accomplishing something since your whole body is in motion. (Plus at a group class you never want to quit and look like the only one that can't complete it) Good luck girlie
