Here in N. Texas we are getting quite a bit of snow compared to what we usually get during the winter which is usually nothing. Because of the weather I didn't chance making it to the gym and I stayed inside and ate more than I should have but I did eat nutritious food. Today is looking even worse so today I will begin a fast and see how it pans out through the day. I plan to do some light mat exercises indoors and maybe follow an old Jane Fonda workout video on youtube. That's the plan anyway.
