I'm really struggling today. Fatigue is setting in and I'm not sure if that is part of Atkins. Tomorrow is my 14th day on Induction and I'm so happy about getting to include some berries back into my diet. I'm hoping they help with the fatigue. I'm also disappointed about what I've seen on the scale in the last couple of days. I'm not losing like I was in the beginning of Induction but again that may be normal for this phase. On to phase 2 this week...with my goal a little closer than before.

If you are logging everything you eat then you are definitely not eating enough. Eat up to your RDI and you will have a lot more energy. Eating too little will eventually halt the weight loss and make it much harder for you in the long run. Congrats on the losses so far!

i agree protein at each meal with veggies. are you on a good low-carb muli-vitamin. definitely make sure you are aleast eating 20 carbs if needed eat alittle more.

You can also add full-sodium broth any time your net carbs are under 50 (all of Induction and well into OWL). That will help combat the fatigue. More food and the multi-vitamin are also excellent suggestions. Congratulations on your weight loss thus far.

No, I'm not taking a vitamin and I see and feel why I should be! I do need to eat more...I find it hard to find the time for so many small meals but I definitely need to make it priority. Time to re-focus my efforts. Thanks for the suggestions!

You can do it! I hope you start feeling better soon - get some of that broth into you!
