today workout 20min turbo jam gona do later 30min walk(i hope) 3/4c s/b cereal with fat free milk small bowl of chili with lowfat skim mozz cheese on top
have to weigh in soon scale seems to have gona up when I did a quick peek yesterday-think it might have something to do with eating larger meals over the weekend and not getting enough water. I didn't eat alot of meals but when I did eat it was big, also choices were limited. Hope to get back on track now that Feb is almost over that leaves me just over nine weeks to lose the 12 lbs before the cruise getting nevous I won't do it. Almost want to do phase one again but have become very accustom to eating more of the phase 2 meals.
Well Iam off of work til Friday but have my baby brother and baby nephew coming to stay with me til then, Hopefully I can get back on track and get the water down "on glass 3-4 already at 1pm
