I am on the 4th day of following by new healthy eating plan. I eat 3 meals a day and two snacks. I am eating very nutrient rich foods. It is amazing because I am really not hungery and I'm eating only 1300 calories a day. I also have been excercising except for this morning but I was bushed from a water aerobics class I took last night. It is in a heated pool and it is awesome. I wish it was closer to my house. Even though I have to travel 40 miles to get there, I plan to do the class at least once a week. I slept so good last night that I didn't want to get up and get on the treadmill this morning. I will need to make up for that tonight. I'm doing good so far. I know I can do this.

You can do this! Congratulations on the steady weight loss and your exercise regime. I have a pool membership to an indoor swimming pool at a local atheletic club and try and swim 45 minutes every morning. (I average 5 times a week) It is a 4 block walk to get there .. much easier than the 40 miles you have to travel. It is great exercise and so much easier on the joints.
