stayed well below my RDI and took a laxative as was seriously constipated again. One good trip to the bathroom this morning and im 2lbs lighter. Don't want body going into starvation mode so will eat 100% RDI today. In actual fact having a couple of days below RDI followed by a couple bang on RDI have been a good move. Seems to work for me this little routine.
