Jumped back in and burned a little over 1000 calories at the gym this morning doing cardio machines, or so the machines said. I feel better after yesterday's lapse in self-control. I plan to eat healthy today and show restraint when the cravings come. I am moving away from any in depth strength exercises until I reach my ideal weight through cardio then I will focus on building muscle. I'm having trouble meeting my protein demands. I am a vegetarian and everything that I find that has lots of protein either has lots of carbs too or too much fat. The protein shake is the only thing that gets me anywhere close but it isn't enough. I think I should just accept that my carbs are always going to be higher than my protein and just focus on not consuming too much fats.
