50% - complex carbs, 30% protein and 20% fat. A good place to start for ratios. When I look @ my diet calander it says my carbs are high I need more protien and less fat. I'm doing great though for not knowing this before! I always thought I was more knowlegable regarding food, I'm learning so much. The internet is a wonderful thing. Yesterday I made way more of an effort to drink water. It can make me feel "thick @ night" but so worth it in the morning when the scale drops. Plus it really does work to help me stay full. I also discovered the gym was almost empty when it opens... BEAUTY. Two more pounds before I'm half way... I wish I could say the same about my body toning... but considering how much I really don't like the gym I am giving myself a pat on the back... I'm doing it! Going to have half a grapefruit for a pre workout breakie... carbs and apparently helps cut fat... yeeeeeeow
